Meet our founder, Josh Story
With over 20 years of electrical experience, Josh Story brings a passion for problem-solving, craftsmanship, and customer care to every project. Born and raised in Central Florida, he has proudly called North Georgia home for the past decade, serving homeowners and businesses with dependable, high-quality electrical solutions.
Josh has always been fascinated by the complexity of electrical systems. He especially enjoys troubleshooting, tracking down hidden issues that aren't immediately visible and finding safe, lasting solutions that give homeowners peace of mind. For him, every project is an opportunity to solve a puzzle while making someone's home or business safer and more reliable.
Just as important as the work itself is the relationship with each customer. Josh believes every homeowner should understand the changes being made to their electrical system. He takes the time to explain his recommendations, answer questions, and educate customers throughout the process so they feel informed, confident, and comfortable long after the job is complete. Josh extends this same standard to his entire team. He trains every electrician to deliver white-glove service on each job: clean and tidy work sites, professional conduct, personable communication, and reliable follow-through from start to finish.
Outside of work, Josh enjoys spending time with his wife of nearly two decades and their three children. When he isn't on a job site, you'll often find him working on carpentry projects, enjoying the outdoors, or caring for his saltwater aquarium, another hobby that reflects his appreciation for precision, patience, and attention to detail.
Whether it's a simple repair, a complex troubleshooting project, or a complete electrical upgrade, Josh is committed to delivering honest advice, quality workmanship, and an exceptional customer experience every step of the way.
